ReplyDeleteoh, the smoky eyes was DEFINITELY my favourite of Amy's posts! there are some fun ideas in the others, but this one was VERY unexpected, and great for someone like me who isn't up for running around the web looking for good makeup tips (they're everywhere, and they're not always "good"!_). it was fun to read Amy's stuff this week!

The Tuesday blog on editing photos was very helpful. I never knew it could be so easy - or how to do it. I can't wait to try it with my photos.
ReplyDeleteI also liked the smokey eyes post, totally unexpected on a scrapbook blog :)
ReplyDeleteI printed the steps out and plan to give them a try this weekend for a party
I actually love the smokey eyes post - really helpful - I thought it was great how she did such different posts each day.
ReplyDeleteOh, without a doubt it has to be the Lovebirds two page layout. All I can say is WOW!!!
ReplyDeleteAmy hit the nail on the head with saying that photos are the focus of our albums. The advantage of digital is that they can be reworked for that perfect image if you didn't get it right the first time! Gotta love photo editing programs! - Sarah
ReplyDeleteLoved the photography post because it showed the differences one right next to the other. That graduation album was also awesome too!
ReplyDeleteIt's certainly been a very interesting week with Amy! What a creative, informative gal she is!! I loved each blog post, but particularly the make-up one. I'm such a novice at make-up.

ReplyDeleteThe Lovebirds was my favorite. The papers were very striking but still allowed the photos to be the focal point. The photo tutorial was my second favorite. Thanks for the help and ideas.
ReplyDeleteI like the Photos Feeling Blue post. I think this will help me scrap more, as I have pictures I want to scrap, but I don't feel that the picture quality/colour is quite right.
ReplyDeleteYou did a great guest bloger job, Amy! My favourite is "Photos Feeling Blue", just because photos are important when it comes to scrapping. Well, design and getting inspiration is too, so you were right about posting about that, too.
