4th of July Craft Using Tie Dye and Iron-ons

4th of July is going to be different this year, there's no doubt about that! We are in the midst of COVID-19 and many festivities have been cancelled. However, we still think it's fun to get dressed up and celebrate, even if it's just with your own family.

Today we're sharing an idea that's simple, easy and fun to do with your family. All you need is a plain white t-shirt (bib or whatever), tie dye, iron-on letters, and thin paint brush.

First, dip your brush into the tie-dye and "paint" on some fireworks. Don't be intimidated here! It's really simple. Just draw lines bursting from a center point. We also added some simple stars and dots.

Now you can arrange your iron-on letters how you'd like. We chose to spell "little firecracker". You can spell whatever you want.

Iron your letters on as instructed on the back of the package. Heat from the iron will make your iron-ons and tie dye permanent.

Done! Now we just need to find a baby to wear this.

We hope you have a Happy Independence Day!
