Springtime is shower time. Not just rain showers, but baby and bridal showers too and your SEI May Cardmaking Kit is perfect for creating pretty party decorations like these butterfly straws. All you need for this project are some paper straws and a few butterfly punches or dies.
These straws are from Susty Party purchased at Whole Foods...I prefer them because they are compostable, non-toxic and made from renewable materials.
Simply punch or die cut some butterflies and attach with a small dab of craft glue. You could also make a couple tiny hole punches in the butterflies to tie to the straws with jute if you have any concerns about using glue. They're that easy...and so cute, don't you think?
