Hi there! For many of us, Christmas crafting is in full swing. But that doesn't mean you should overlook the paper crafting possibilities at Thanksgiving. Today I'm sharing an easy project that makes a lovely addition to your Thanksgiving table.
These Thanksgiving seating cards feature the Autumn's Smile and Fall Bouquet collections. Simply trim patterned paper (at 4 in. x 4 1/2 in.) and fold in half (so each card measures 4 in. x 2 1/4 in.), then decorate!
I used the Ochre Sunset, November Foliage, and Picnic Blanket papers. I love how the gold and copper foil accents bring out the rich colors.
A few journaling stickers from the Autumn's Smile stickers sheet serve as the spaces for names to be written. Each card is accented with a trio of Autumn's Smile die-cut leaves. (Don't they kind of look like turkey feathers? How appropriate for Thanksgiving ;) Metal buttons and jeweled brads from the Fall Bouquet Sundries embellishments pack finish the set.
These seating cards take only a few minutes to make. You could whip them up while your turkey cooks in the oven or invite the kids to help make them for a family holiday project. Your dinner guests are sure to appreciate the handcrafted, personalized touch!
