Today we are going to give you three tips on using the wreath base included in the kit...
1. Staple each paper loop for faster and easier assembly.
2. Hot glue works best to attach the loops to the base.
3. Don't try to tie the metallic crepe paper into a bow. Instead, cut several pieces of crepe and attached them together. We used four pieces; one for the bow loops, one folded in half for the center of the bow, and two for the tails.
