It looks like Kim had such a fun time creating this pretty layout. She used the Promise Me collection with hints of yellow from Homestead papers. This is how she made it...
"I wanted to use the very pretty floral paper as my background instead of my normal white cardstock. I created a sort of banner across the page with lots of little details using some of the promise me stickers and cards."
"I also used some of the chipboard hearts and for the yellow flower I cut strips of paper from the homestead line and folded them over to form the petals and then placed a chipboard circle in the center. Other things I used included a little twine around my flower, a pink doily underneath some of the stickers and a strip of washi tape."
