"Cousin's & PJs" Holiday Layout

When it comes to Christmas traditions, new pajamas on Christmas Eve is a popular one. Growing up, it wasn't a tradition we participated in, but since having kids of my own, we've adopted it. This past year, our boys all got a new set of fleece footie pajamas. Imagine our surprise when we arrived at Grandma's house to find their cousin also wearing fleece pajamas! They looked so cute together that we had to snap some photos.

Getting three energetic boys and a wiggly little girl to smile for the camera at the same time is quite the undertaking. Although we never got the "perfect" shot, seeing all the photos together tells the story perfectly. And speaking of perfect, the Berry Melody collection was a great companion to the pictures. The bright and cheerful colors are fantastic for a kids' holiday page.

I kept my photos and embellishments central to the page, accenting the top and bottom with patterned paper and strips of the metallic silver tape. To give the page an even more festive feel, I decided to top my photos with bows.

Using the silver glittered ribbon, I looped a 4 inch length, pinched it in the center, then wrapped it with another small piece of ribbon. Then I simply glued the bows to the top of the photos.

If you are looking for a fun, festive, kid-friendly line to scrapbook your holiday memories, Berry Melody is it!
