Hi! Pearl here to share a birthday card using Mia Bella die cuts and the Blooms & Blossoms pinwheel wreath kit.
To create this card, I embossed the background card stock with a polka dot print. Then I added Mia Bella die cuts in varying lengths. Then I added scallop strips from the Blooms & Blossoms pinwheel wreath kit. Lastly, I stamped the sentiment on a another strip of white cardstock and that's how this simple card came together.

The materials used were nice and colorful. Do you personally stitch the polka dot print? The card was simple but very eye catchy!
Hi scrapbooking. Based on her comment, I believe she used a Cuttlebug Polka Dots embossing folder, or perhaps the Stampin Up Perfect Dots embossing folder. Does that help? I agree with you, it is a very pretty card.
