We love Halloween! Planning how to decorate the front porch and picking a costume consumes a couple of weeks for the month of October in our house. The fun part of all of it is the kids' enthusiasm!
I created a couple of treat bags for the kids this year. I pulled out the Yesteryear collection and the chalkboard labels to use. The cork embellishments were the perfect starting point for the little bags. I carefully layered the paper and tags together. I pulled out my glue gun to attach the paper tags to the burlap bags.
Tip -stuff something inside the bag to prevent the glue from seeping through the burlap so the sides don't end up sticking together. I added the twine bow at the end, tying the bow and then using a glue dot to attach it.
These little bags will be put to good use by showing up as a surprise in lunch bags!
Thanks for visiting!

This is so cute! I can't wait until we can take my son trick-or-treating so I get him something like this. Great job!
