Hi there! Today I'm sharing handmade cards using the Sweet Sora collection from January's Club SEI Cardmaking Kit.
It was love at first sight when I spotted this kit. The mini envelopes, tiny puffy hearts and gold foil accents are swoon-worthy. In no time at all I whipped up four cards. The kit comes with everything you need, which makes it so easy.
I created these cards in coordinated pairs. The first set is all about hearts and flowers. A quintessential Valentine's theme, right? Not entirely. The generic "hello" and "for you" greetings mean you can get away with mailing these cards after the Valentine's Day holiday, which is another reason I'm loving this kit.
The second pair features the sweet stuff: cupcakes and ice cream. The "lovely day" card is another one that I might end up sending after Valentine's Day. It makes a cute birthday card, don't you think?
For all the cards, I embellished the envelope flaps with matching die-cuts for a finishing touch.
