Hello! In today's project I'm showing you how easy it is to make a handmade gift with January's Club SEI Paper Crafting Kit.
The kit's lovely Winter Blossoms collection comes with a sheet of journaling cards with inspiring messages. I decided to make one of these messages the focal point of a framed print.
I simply cut solid pink cardstock to fit a 4x6 frame and then placed the "Life is Full of Beauty" message and a few stickers on top. I kept it one layer to avoid any problems assembling the frame and inserting the glass. On the corners of the outer frame, I played with dimension, layering die-cuts and stickers with foam adhesive squares.
With the frame ready to be gifted, I made a bag to match, cutting three panels from the patterned paper. Again I used dimensional adhesive so that the hummingbirds appear to be "fluttering" off the paper.
So sweet and very simple to make! I hope I've inspired you to make your own framed print using messages from your favorite scrapbook papers.
