The Club SEI August scrapbooking kit is the perfect transition kit for fall. With complementary cool, lighter tones and rich burnt oranges and reds, and both sweet florals and autumn leaves, it will definitely be my go-to kit as summer wraps up and we head into the sweater-weather season.
Today I'm sharing a set of cards I made using this kit. The first is a sympathy card, which nods to fall with the leaf motif, but the colors are light, peaceful and comforting to match the sentiment of the note. The other has deeper pop of color, and I had fun pairing die-cuts together to make my own little "bouquet." The card bases are gold-foil blank greetings from Michaels, but you could just as easily mimic these designs with any blank white cardstock you have on hand.
What projects are you working on as the seasons change? We'd love to see! Don't be shy... leave a comment :-)
Happy crafting,
Stephanie
