Good Morning! It's Melissa here again today with a simple little graduation themed greeting card!
The vinyl arrows that were included in the die-cut package in the "Mayberry" collection were super fun and I had the thought that they would be great fun to use on a card. I cut a block of Kraft card stock to 10" x 7" and folded it in half. I cut a block of the Blue Plate special paper a smidge smaller than 5"x7" and adhered that to the Kraft card stock. I stitched down a block of white card stock on top of the other two layers. Then, I placed four of the vinyl arrows all pointing up on top of the block of white card stock and stitched them down right in the center. I typed up the sentiment "you are on your way up!!" with my typewriter and used some dimensional dots to pop it up on top of the arrows. Finally, I inked the edges of the Kraft card stock!
This would be a great card to tuck a gift card into and give to a proud graduate! Thank you for joining me today on the SEI blog!
