Father's Day Card & Gift Bag with Fish

Hello SEI fans!

Piali here sharing a project for the DADs or Grand Dads in our life.

Lately I have been creating with lots of pretty SEI collections and finding a masculine paper was not so easy , so I reached out for a past kit...Autumn Smiles.

I love the gold foiled Fish print...

I trimmed out few fishes and adhered them to SEI Kraft cardstock to create my own Patterned paper, love the gorgeous gold shimmer!!!

I also stenciled the kraft cardstock to add more interest to the background.

I heat embossed the sentiment to match the Fish theme...

Photos are not doing enough justice to the Gorgeous shimmery look..its more beautiful in real life.

I also created a gift bag to go with the card...

Just added few splatters using the SEI Gold spray and added a fun tag!!

I love how this gift set turned out, hope you all like it too!!!

Thanks for stopping by....

10 tags in 2 minutes

Hi there! Stephanie here sharing a super-fast and fun project using the January Club SEI Kit.

All you need for this project is 10 basic gift tags (available at any office or craft supplies store), the sheet of stickers and set of die-cuts that came with your kit, and (optional) a To/From rubber stamp and basic black ink.

Simply affix a label sticker on each tag and add the decorative stickers or die-cuts on either side.

These tags are so helpful to have on hand. Use 'em to dress up gift bags and boxes, wine bottles, party favors and more. Another idea: Pick up mini envelopes from a craft store and add the label stickers to make gift card holders.

What are you waiting for? Set your timer and get crafting. Tag---you're it!

Teacher Appreciation Gift

The second week of May was Teacher Appreciation Week and this year my daughter's teacher has been exceptional (we have been so lucky with her teachers every year!)...I had to create a little something fun for her to show our appreciation for all the hard work she does each and every day. I was stumped for a bit on what I would do, but ended up falling back on this little gift assortment that I've actually done before, but it's so fun and clever too, I had to try it again using SEI papers! These treats paired with a gift certificate for DVD rentals was just the thing!

4 pack of root beer - "I'm SODA-lighted to have had you for my teacher this year!"
Microwave Popcorn - "Thanks for making my brain POP with ideas all year long!"
Chocolate Candies - "Having you for my teacher this year has been a pretty SWEET deal!"

I used my die-cutting machine to create the Thank You card using papers from SEI's Pembroke and Spring Picnic Collection and the papers that I used for the clever little blurbs on the treats were from the Spring Picnic Collection as well. I threw in some fun paper straws with the soda and I was set! Sometimes simple is just the ticket!

Adventure Scrapbook Layout

Hello! It's Kelly, here today to share with you a page combining the Hoo's Sweet and Forever Sassy collections. The colors in these two collections coordinate perfectly, and I love mixing and matching elements to fit whatever theme I need.

The base of my layout is a 4x10 and 6x6 piece of patterned paper on white cardstock. After choosing all of my embellishments, I just started playing around with the elements on my page, tucking things here and there until I liked how it looked.

I finished it up with a few stickers, and a thin strip of striped patterned paper stitched along the top and bottom of the page.

Thanks for stopping by today!

Supply List:
Hoo's Sweet (Little Petals, Sweet Owls, Pulled Taffy, Playful Expressions, Stickers, Dimensional Foam Stickers)
Forever Sassy (Assorted Overlays, Stickers)
Chalet (Sundries)

Handmade Bouquet Flag

Are you ready to think beyond cards for your Club SEI Card Making Kit? Today's quick and easy project is a new way to use all those sentiment stickers.

I made a flower bouquet topper by decorating a plain kraft pennant flag with stickers and die-cuts from my March Club SEI Card Making Kit. (Tip: Use foam squares on the back to give your die-cuts extra dimension.)

When you're finished, pop the flag in the bouquet and you have a simple yet delightful gift. Wouldn't these flowers brighten your day?

Handmade Mother's Day Cards

I love May for so many reasons...one of them being that Mother's Day is at the beginning of the month...and that I finally get to start seeing flowers bloom in the yard, (hooray!). Combining those two favorites in my crafting this month, I ended up with some sweet and simple little cards for Mom, (complete with including some sweet little blooms of course!).

The woodgrain paper that I used as the backdrop for both cards is a favorite of mine. It's the Whitewash paper from SEI's Catalina collection. The matted sentiments for both cards are from the Family Gathering Die-Cut sheet from SEI's Spring Picnic collection and then I added in some little bits like the flowers and buttons, stickers and more from the embellishment sets from various collections. I love it when I can mix and match and it looks good!!

Handmade Mother's Day Gift

Hello SEI Fans!!

It's Piali here sharing a Mother's Day Gift idea with you all!!
Today I created a simple gift set using FOREVER SASSY paper collection and some gorgeous SEI foiled cardstocks.

A card, a gift box and mini frame...perfect handmade touch to the special gift for Moms.
I love the aqua wood grain paper from the Forever Sassy Collection. I used it as the cardfront ..

The floral tape runner is simply amazing!!!

I used the foiled cardstock to make my rolled flower and added pearls from Sundries pack.
I also used the silver washi tape.

The mini frame is super cute!

Just stamped a sentiment on same woodgrain paper and attached a silver foiled diecut butterfly.
I also embellished the butterfly with pearls from the Sundries pack.

I embellished a kraft box that I got from craftstore.

I used the same feather stickers, rolled flower, silver washi tape and diecut silver butterfly.

Hope you all like this gift idea!

Mother's Day Pinwheel Flower Card

Hi! It's Kelly here today to share with you a sweet little pinwheel card that I made for Mother's Day using the Forever Sassy collection.

For the pinwheel, I cut a 2x2 piece of patterned paper, and cut almost to the center from all four corners. I added a small piece of foam tape to the center, and folded down every other corner, and topped with a gem. I jabbed a toothpick into the foam tape for the stem, and secured the whole thing down to the top center of an embossed card base.

I arranged two different sized frames around the pinwheel - popping the top one up. A couple of chip leaves added to the base turned the pinwheel into a flower.

To finish up, I added the sentiment to the top frame using a button for the 'O', and just a small piece of scalloped border sticker to the bottom frame for the final touch.

Thanks for stopping by today!

Supply List:
Forever Sassy (Modern Girl, Stickers, Assorted Overlays, Sundries)
Hoo's Sweet (Stickers, Kraft Chip)

It will be a perfect little decoration for my daughter's dolls I think. It would also make simple and cute spring decor for any room in the house. So fun!

Supplies:
Patterned papers are from: Catalina collection and Hooray! collection
Heart button: Furry Friends collection
Yellow Bakers Twine: Furry Friends collection
Googly Eye: Furry Friends collection
